JAI’s State-of-the-Art Analysis and Reporting System JAI designed iMMRS™ to assist health care organizations to efficiently and accurately use information to improve performance. iMMRS is JAI’s state-of-the-art decision support system that has been developed for the purpose of integrating and hosting large public and private health care claims, encounter and program eligibility datasets. The system's first applications involved hosting and integrating large Medicare and Medicaid datasets, but it also has a proven track record of supporting non-Medicare and Medicaid data applications. The system is intended to be an efficient tool for the extraction, summarization and secure distribution of health data. It supports the production of reports and/or data extracts at varying levels of data aggregation from individual record listings (claim line or member detail) to highly aggregated summary reports. It successfully supports requests from simple payment summaries by service to very complex person-level longitudinal reports of utilization, disease presence, and patient outcomes. Clients have used iMMRS™ to produce a wide variety of analyses ranging from patient management applications to program financial modeling and pharmaceutical research.
